Saturday me and Eric worked in our yard all day and bought a new lawn mower. Our lawn is growing like crazy. We are so glad it is in and it looks so good.
Then Saturday night I went to Desirae's surprise 25th birthday party. I though that with as many people that were invited no way it would stay a surprise. But it did!!! She had no clue. When she walked in she just stood there and stared at everyone. A lot of people came and it turned out to be a really fun night. I always love seeing my friends and hanging out with them. I loved seeing Jodi and her little prego belly. She is a cute pregnant woman. Tyler is such a good guy for planning the party for his wife. He even cleaned their entire house. Like the first thing Des said is oh my house is so dirty and all of these people are here. But of course it wasn't. That was a good present all in its self. Eric didn't come to the party either. He went to Wendover with his brother. At least he had fun and got to spend some time with Mitch. Ever since they stopped working together they have really missed each other.
Sunday we went up to my mom and dads house to celebrate Katie's 19th birthday. (if you didn't know she is home from being a nanny, it didn't work out with the family)
I can't believe how old she is, I still remember the day she was born. We all went in and got her a really nice camera. We had dinner, ate cake and cobbler, and played games.

Cute Pics! I am glad we were able to keep it a secret for so long! It was fun to talk with everyone again. I cant believe how old Katie is either, it makes me feel old. It is close enough to October, it is on Wednesday, otherwise I would have waited too. I just used regular craft paint, bruiser also decided he liked to paint and rolled around in the black paint. That was fun to clean up.
I'm so glad that Des's party worked out - I hope you got my message saturday. I told Kylee that I'll have to host next time just to guarantee I'll be able to come :) Maybe we'll plan October's get together - I sort of have an idea. We'll see what happens.
Sounds like you guys had a lot of fun. It was good to hear from you we will have to stay in touch.
