4th of July Weekend

The long 4th of July weekend-

Thursday: we took 1/2 day off work and went to Cherry Hill with Eric's family. They have been going to Cherry Hill for the last few years on the 4th and are planning to make it a tradition. We played at the water park all day then we all went to eat at Lone Star. Then we felt bad for Spicie having to be home alone all night so we went home and got her and brought her back to "sleep" in the tent with us. She didnt feel like sleeping all night. She just paced around the tent. So we got NO sleep.

Friday: we cleaned up our camp site and went home to get some sleep, we ended up just lounging around all day relaxing. Then went to the Riverdale City fireworks. They were really good. I was surprised. We were so close to them that hot ashes and cardboard junk was falling all over us so that made it exciting.

Saturday: we rode the "fun" bus to Wendover for our friend Tyler Toones birthday. It was pretty fun but we ended up loosing :( Des and Tyler won some money so that was good. I guess they were lucky because it was his birthday.

Sunday: we got home at like 4:30 in the morning from Wendover and then slept for most of the day, the went up to my mom & dads for Sunday dinner.

All in all it was a pretty good weekend. We wish all weekends were longer than two days!!!
