My B-day

My birthday started off with presents at Anna's (my sis-in-law/babysitter) house. She made me some cute things with pictures of Alexis with her hand and foot prints.

Then at work we ordered in the Pie pizza. It was so good. Then one of the companies we work with randomly dropped off two trays of brownies and cookies with balloons. So we pretended it was for my birthday.

Then Eric came to pick me up after work and wouldn't tell me what the plans for the evening involved.

So first we went to Boondocks in Kaysville and played around for awhile. Wish it would have been warmer, but it was still fun.
Then we headed to eat at the Timbermine. One of the ladies I work with is the hostess there so we got free appetizers and dessert-SCORE!

Then Eric told me we were heading to his moms to get Alexis. So we drove up through Ogden Canyon and I said I wish we were going to sleep in the Eagles Nest tonight. Then all of the sudden he pulls in to the Alaskan Inn and I thought he was just messing around trying to get my hopes up because I said something. But he really did book us a room-The Eagles Nest. We love that room-well mostly the huge comfortable bed. I was so happy but then got sad not wanting to leave my baby alone over night. But he worked it out and she got to come stay with us!

The most comfy bed in the world. I highly recommend it if you haven't slept there.

The Eagle - This thing is bigger than me and hangs over the big tub.
I didn't take as many pictures as I wanted to. But they brought us breakfast to our room and it was really good. They have the best Mint Hot Chocolate.
Eric even worked it out with my work so I could have the day off so we didn't have to rush home to be back to work.
I ended up having a long weekend because I had that Friday off then Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I was home sick.
Eric was so good to me, he treated me like a princess because It was my birthday/mothers day/ sick week.
We also celebrated with my family and my mom made me my favorite Chocolate Lasagna cake. I only get it once a year, so I ate like 10 pieces.
So all in all I had a great birthday! Thanks to everyone who called, text, or emailed me happy birthday!
