Update on Alexis

So Lexi is now almost 6 weeks old. Seriously time is FLYING by. I don't know where the days go. I am supposed to go back to work the first week in February but I still don't have anyone to babysit so stuff isn't looking good. I don't know what we are going to do. I cant stand the thought of anyone watching her but me or someone I know well.
She is starting to get a little bit of chub on her cheeks and legs. She is grabbing onto things more each day. Especially my long hair, a hair cut might be in my future. She has always been very alert, but now she is starting to turn and follow my voice. She also will imitate me clicking my tongue or sticking it in and out. She gets the most serious look on her face when she is trying to focus or concentrate, just like her dad. She loves to bounce and be sung to. She is still wearing newborn clothes so we don't have a ton of options to wear yet. She loves to sit up and check everything out rather than lay down and be cradled. But she does love to lay up over my shoulder and cuddle me, I love that! She eats almost every 4 hours like clockwork. But this last week she has been sleeping 5-7 hours at night which has been nice.
I cant believe how much my/our life has changed since she was born. But we are loving every minute of having her with us and wouldn't change if for anything!

Here are some pictures my friend Malorie took of her when she was about 9 days old. I love them and am so glad that Mal came over to take them. Lexi was not in the best mood so I was worried we wouldn't get very many good ones but we did. She did a great job, I wish I had time to post them all. But here are just a few!
