On Friday night Eric made bbq chicken, beans and potato salad for his cousin Grant who about a month ago had a liver transplant and is now in a rest home recovering. When Eric went to visit him last week he asked him if he could do anything for him and he said all he really wanted was some bbq chicken. Eric is always so thoughtful and cares so much for his family members, he would do anything for them.
Grants insurance wouldn't pay for his transplant so his family has set up a site through the national transplant assistance program where people can go and donate to his fund.
Here is the link if anyone is interested in helping him out!!!

Grant is such a talented funny guy, he can always bring a smile to your face.
He sang at my wedding reception and I loved it!
Eric and Spicie were both so tired. They love to cuddle!
Saturday afternoon we went to Eric's dads side of the family's annual Christmas bowling party. We didn't get to bowl, because my shoulder is sore and Eric's knee isn't up for that yet.
But we made really good spectators!!!
Little Mitchy and Julie waiting their turn to bowl.
We also attended our ward Christmas party on Saturday night. My next door neighbor, who I've gotten to be pretty good friends with is the ward activities director, so we went to support her. She did such an awesome job. It was a Hawaiian Luau with Hawaiian food, decorations, music, lays, and real Hawaiian dancers.
I was supposed to bring a cake but couldn't bring it due to the fact Eric didn't spray the pan before cooking it and because the chiffon frosting I attempted to make never got thick so I poured it on and it just ran all over the place.
(that will teach me to sign up for something less complicated next time)

Fun stuff-Eric is such a thoughtful guy! I am jealous of your fun weekend...I spent mine in Fillmore and on a bus that kept breaking down with a bunch of boys...the things I do for that husband of mine ;)
